#3 - Past Experiences - Use Them, Don't Loose Them!


Your past experiences no matter what they are; a problem, trouble or a lack of something, will keep you away from the change you so desperately need or want. Because they have installed

  • Fear
  • Doubt
  • Shyness
  • Nervousness
  • Anger
  • Grief
  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Self-hatred
  • Worthlessness
  • Hate
  • Envy
  • & jealousy in you, which you haven't been able to deal with or resolve.



No book or class will be able to help you get rid of these negative emotions from your past. It is only you, the right kind of positive thought patterns and time that will help, and also having the right support & speaking to someone on a regular basis (professionally) will help you work through these emotions and help you partly resolve them.

But really understanding what this problem, trouble or lack has cost you over the years of having it. In most cases it is the same thing that you have wanting to get rid of, resolve or change in your life for a very long time. Only this can help you to succeed and make peace with it.

It will give you the determination you didn't think you really had. Don't worry, I didn't quite understand this myself when I first learned from my mentor.

I takes time, depending on the damage that problem, trouble or lack has caused you, how long you have had it, will determine how long it will take you to get rid of it, resolve it or change it. The sooner you start to fix these emotions to the point where it can inspire you, the better, otherwise it is going to carry on costing you & can end up costing you your happiness & success.

Real life example: There is no way I would be speaking to you right now if this stuff doesn't work. I had a lot of pain, so bad that I ended up having a massive stroke because I was unable to resolve & make peace with my past and mu issues. I am not saying that they have all disappeared, every day is work in progress, but at least I have been able to take them, look at them, feel the pain, know what it has been costing me to have it over the years & turn it into determination.

This has by far been the best foundation for me for achieving anything I set out to achieve.

A little time spend to change your life for the better is the right thing to do. There is so much that i could say about emotion created by past experiences but nothing at all says it better than this exercise below!

The answer is in the doing, won't cost you anything, BUT could change your life for good!

*Cool Exercise - Getting the results you need:


  • For it to work, you have to feel the pain that this problem, lack or trouble has been causing you and is still causing you
  • You have to write it down (all the cost over a period of time)
  • Find a suitable time to do this
  • Do this exercise by yourself because you might get emotional (part of turning the pain into determination)
  • Spread it out over a few years, 1, 2, 5 & 20 years of how much it has really cost you, emotionally, physically, mentally, financially, socially & spiritually
  • How have to find & feel the pain, keep it and use it.
It has been a long time that you have had this pain / problem. so the longer you spend doing this, the better; the better it is going to serve you. Once you have it, Keep it!


Do this exercise for every problem, lack or trouble you have in your life or incorporate it. 'BUT Don't involve others', do this by yourself!

BELIEF ME, THIS IS the best foundation you could ever ask for, for turning bad emotions into a good emotions. It will inspire you and keep you going. You will see that you don't need others to tell you what to do next, what to change & so on... You will have all this set out in front of you by doing this exercise.

All of a sudden you will have determination to put in the effort into achieving a worthwhile goal, based on your real needs & aspirations. And you will be enjoying too! :)
