Knowing The Purpose of Your Goal - "The Big Why"


No purpose means no benefit to go after. No reason for you to get up in the morning. No real reason for you to feel motivated, to be driven, to do what ever it takes to succeed no matter what.

No Big Why.

A simple real-life example: Why do I live a healthy life?

Benefits: 
  • Decrease the chances of having another stroke
  • Hardly ever get sick (so no medical bills or medicines)
  • Have energy and stamina to live a fuller life (work hard, play hard)
  • Maintain a healthy body & mind.
  • Feel good physically, emotionally and mentally
  • Because of good health & mental clarity I was able to start my own business
  • Able to handle the everyday stresses in life better
  • Able to give more because Im healthy
  • Happier because I can spend time with my kids laughing & playing
  • People, family and friend around me are inspired too & lend a helping hand towards my goals
  • Doing the things that I love and so much more...

 If I fail, chances are that I dont want or need it bad enough. My passion for my purpose and its benefits are what keeps me motivated, it naturally keeps a fire lit under my butt because I know what it can cost me if I fail.

How To Create The Self-Image Of Success?


The truth is what you believe it to be Just like that one thing that you are good at, that one thing that you have passion for, that one thing no matter what goes wrong, you will never go against it because it is build into you. And nothing or no one can let you go against it. Because it is part of you, your beliefs.

Your beliefs that when you do not do what is the norm; that what you are used to doing, you definitely know what the outcome would be like. But you also know what the benefits are for sticking to your believes.

Let illustrate this with something that we all are used to doing. That one belief that we all share. Please embrace me, I know that it is such simple stupid explanation but I thought it to be perfect to make a point.

So how do you change your thoughts, behavior & actions to be more like the people that are already successful in the areas you want to be?

To change your habits you must create new habits. You know that saying, “Old habits die hard!” Well only part of it is true. What took years to create, you can’t just change in a few months.

  • Firstly, a few steps in the right direction and some effort &
  • Constant motivation & inspiration. You fall down just get up, dust yourself off and keep trying.

Believe me it is not always easy at first, but very possible! I'll be sharing a quick guide line of the habits you need to create, steps that will make change easier yet very effective over the next few weeks.

1. Create the self-image of success to what ever it is you need or want to achieve. Seeing your self as already successful in the area you want to be.
