We are constantly overdoing...

With life getting so complicated, there never seems to be enough time for the simple pleasures of life... doing what you love doing!
But what we temporally forget is, "what you put in, is what you get back!" We all know this, and we sometimes forget as our time slips away.
In this present day we have to work hard, be competitive to be able to survive. Many of us hope to find ways to make life a bit easier... just a little simpler maybe! I'm sure most of you will agree when I say, it is not always what you know but rather what you do that makes the difference.

Step #1 - Create the image of success

Step #1 creating the end result from Suenet Lotz

Creating the image of success means seeing yourself as a success.
  • You have to be convinced that you are already successful with regards to the subject you are working on
  • You have to believe that you are worthy of change or success
  • Change become easier once your beliefs have changed (this will not happen overnight – you have to do this on a daily basis)
  • You will also be able to anticipate and feel change or success

Sit down and spend some quiet time doing this next exercise
Close your eyes for a moment, and visualize the end result of change and see yourself as successful.
Feel it and live it. Be vivid; make it as real as you can. You must believe wholeheartedly and then write a short story about your experience.
Explain in short detail,
  • What you saw
  • What you were doing
  • How you felt

An example:

I was standing on a stage in front an audience of 500 people listening to me speak about healthy positive change for the purpose of launching my book – Never Too Late, To Change Your Life! It felt really good, and although nervous at first, once I got going and calmed down it was invigorating to be able to share important information and facts with others. The audience were so impressed and inspired with what I shared, that most of them signed up for my e-Class – 99 Days To Renew You! And my book sold out.
Now its your turn!

I haven’t change any gears as yet; apparently my physical status was worse than what I thought. Four days out of last week I battled with extreme tightness and some spasms in my upper body but fortunately got better by Sunday. Last weeks exercise was still just a bit stretching, walking and climbing stairs.

I wish though I never stopped doing my exercises in the first place after coming out the hospital because boy just doing some stretching in the morning get me blowing and breathing like a bull from Spain chasing a crowd of people down the street or block...
